Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage MRF Process: Ensure all Manpower Requisition Forms (MRF) are filled out correctly, approved, and aligned with staffing needs before initiating the recruitment process.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms, including job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies, to source candidates based on approved MRFs.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial resume screening, shortlisting candidates based on job specifications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate Interviews: Work with hiring managers to arrange interviews, manage communication with candidates, and provide feedback to all stakeholders.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with potential candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Documentation: Ensure all recruitment documentation (MRF, resumes, interview feedback) is properly maintained and up-to-date.
  • Data Management: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and prepare reports for HR management.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documents are collected and filed.

Qualifications and Skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in mandatory recruitment or HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Experience managing and processing MRFs is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
