Teamwork is an important part of an effective workplace. As teamwork in the workplace offers the company and staff the ability to become more familiar with each other and learn how to work together, our company has introduced team structure. Eight teams have been formed for all the upcoming events. These eight teams are named after planets. Basic agenda for formation of team is to endorse positive competitiveness among all. Teams will be evaluated based on their performance in the events and points will be awarded to them accordingly, To represent the team spirit and give an identity, each team has designed a flag and provided a tag line for them. A movie making competition was also organized as part of team building activity in which total 4 teams were formed out of eight teams. Every team participated actively and came up with astounding creativity in making movies and marketing it to the distributors. Several fun filled team building activities such as Caterpillar Traverse, Mine-Fields, Passing the Parcel, Musical Chair etc were also held giving opportunity to everyone to keep the hectic work schedule aside and enjoy each other’s company. The event was concluded with Prize distribution to acclaim the teamwork shown by ISG Family in the Movie Making event.
